OPEN FOR BUSINESS FROM 12th APRIL.

We've been trying to make something amazing happen in our beloved Cooling Towers for the last couple of years. You can find out more by clicking here. But it's not looking good for the towers, and it's increasingly likely that the owners will demolish them.

So before this happens, we want to give people a chance to celebrate them, as our city's favourite landmarks.

And we're doing it in usual tourist fashion: by opening a gift shop..

We're producing a range of limited edition Cooling Towers memorabilia and merchandise. All of the stuff you'd normally find for a civic icon: tea-towels, plates, cups, jigsaws, rubbers. All designed and produced by amazing artists: people like Kid Acne, People Will Always Need Plates, Phlegm, Syd & Mallorys, Royal Stock, and Conway & Young.

The shop opens on Saturday 12 th April 2008, and runs for two weeks.We're open from 9-5 every day (11 on Sundays).

You can find us in the Millennium Galleries, Arundel Gate, Sheffield.

Cash only. Please check your change, as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. Browsers welcome. No more than two school children in the shop at the same time.
